Pets Corner Cheltenham

Waitrose Complex, Honeybourne Way, Cheltenham GL50 3QW, UK – 01242 517279

I want to say a huge thank you to Sue at Pets Corner Cheltenham for listening and then for her informative advice when I was concerned about our puppy and what to feed him. He was on Wainwrights which was going straight through him!! She recommended I try Canagan and 2 weeks down the line, our Labrador is so much happier. His coat looks and feels silkier and his toileting is less of a problem. Thanks so much Sue, you obviously really care about customer service and making sure the customer and their pet is happy.

The staff really know their stuff, very well trained so if you are unsure just ask or more than likely they will help you first. Great service with a smile and simply keen to impress. The products are good quality and it's worth spending that bit extra for real quality food products and they are environmentally and aware of sourcing within the UK.

Vets in Cheltenham - Charlton Kings Vet Centre

Charlton Kings Vet Centre, Lyefield Rd W, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham GL53 8EZ, UK – 01242 220158

I was really worried about my dog, so decided to get a second opinion with Ollie. He is helping us so much! Thank you for all your help

We have had a couple of bad experiences with other vet's practices over the years, so when the Charlton Kings Vet Centre opened I thought I’d see what they were like and took our two senior cats there for their annual inoculations. The practice is clean and well presented and the nurse at reception was very friendly and helpful. During the check up the vet discovered that one of our cats - Bella - had an enlarged thyroid gland and advised blood tests to double check. The blood test confirmed the diagnosis and the vet fully explained the pros and cons of the choice of treatments available and the different cost implications. We decided that having the thyroid removed was the best course of action, and when I took her in for the operation the vet we saw was different, but he was very friendly and gentle with Bella, taking time to get to know her as she is a rather nervous cat. We have seen three different vets during the time we have been coming to this practice, and each have been very helpful and genuinely caring and patient. When it came to paying the bill the amount due was exactly as I was told to expect and I would have no hesitation in recommending this veterinary surgery.
